Valvan Dam Khandala

Originally built by the TATA group for generating hydroelectricity, Valvan Dam is now a prominent attraction in Khandala. This dam is built across River Kundali, originating from the Western Ghats. A beautifully manicured garden borders the dam, which is a perfect to get together, and picnics. Owing to its beautiful reservoir, lakeside garden, and scenic surroundings, Valvan Dam is a wonderful spot for photography. Amidst greenery with a background music of chattering water, makes it the favorite amongst peace lovers and solace seekers.
