The main attraction of this complex is a 200-year-old Government Guest House, known for its elegance and architectural beauty. The boating experience here is one of its kind, the visitors can enjoy different types of boat rides, including luxury cruise boats, power boats, motor boats, etc. available on hire from the boat jetty near the adventure park.

Both the parks under the complex are designed by NATPAC and the regular backwater cruises are conducted by the District Tourism Promotion Council. This park is kept open every day from 10 A.M to 6 P.M.
