Amidst the mountains of Kanchenjunga, lies a tiny town which can enthral anyone with its breathtaking beauty. Located at an elevation of 6500 ft. in the state of Sikkim, Geyzing is also famous for its spiritual side as it houses a number of holy monasteries like Pemayangtse and Sangachoeling.
Geyzing serves as the main headquarter of West Sikkim. The town is encircled by the great mountains of the Himalayas and the River Rangeet, flowing on its western side. The town is inhabited by the Nepalese community and attracts Buddhist tourist from all around the world. The small town enjoys a temperate weather; tourist can see the location of Geyzing all year around.
