Bogmalo
is a beach that is around 8 kms Northwest Of Vasco Da Gama. The
most basic attraction in Bogmalo is Diving.
Bogmalo
is just another small fishing village, surrounded by a pair of
palm fringed headlands at the northern end of Colva bay. The presence
of the sandy beach at the end of the cove makes it even more picturesque
and breathtaking.

Bogmalo is a small-scale resort in Goa which is one of
the Best Tourist Hangouts. Bogmalo is a beach which
is best suited for those who want to relax and enjoy a cool and
comfortable outing. The beach is clean as well as less crowded
and more over the water is reasonably safe for swimming. There
are plenty of joints to eat, drink and shop. One can really have
a very nice time out here.
DIVING-THE
BASIC ATTRACTION:
Diving is the most basic attraction in Bogmalo. Very
recently a diving school has also been opened up at Bogmalo
where diving courses are also offered. This is one of the few
places in India where such a course is being offered.
HOW
TO REACH THERE:
BY ROAD: One can reach Bogmalo by bus or taxi from
Vasco da Gama which is around 8-kms northwest. It is also near
to the airport.
PLACES WHERE YOU CAN STAY:
There are very few luxurious option present, overlooking
the beach. There are a number of other mid range guesthouses in
Bogmalo which are much more comfortable for short stay
purposes.
