Elephant, monkey, bison, panther, sambar, sloth bear, tiger,
crocodile large egret, white necked stork, peacock, racket tailed
drongo, goldenbacked woodpecker, osprey, brown-headed fishing eagle
among 250 species.

The nearest airport is Bangalore which is 200 kms via Mysore.
RAIL:
The nearest railway station is Mysore (140 kms).
ROAD:
Kabini can also be reached through bus.
Location:
Kabini is a tributary of the River Cauvery that surrounds the
River Lodge. It is located at Karapur near Nagarahole Wildlife National
Park.
