The first impression is that this is not a hospital but a hotel. Subway, coffee shops, etc fill the ground floor. But in the end it is a hospital and the 5 stars they get for being just that. The staff are friendly and always helpful. Maybe to helpful. Every time you need to go to the bathroom they want to come and help. You never wait long for a doctor to take a look at you. And if you need to wait a bit there are lots of big screen TV's around to keep you busy. On the 3rd floor there are a free dining area for foreigners, but we went there with Thai friends and they served us all for free. Not a lot to eat, just bread, but a lot to drink. Especially nice hot teas, which I haven't seen anywhere else in Bangkok. Lots of people from Arabian countries. 4 days after entering in a lot of pain, I went home. Not bad. Yes, it is a lot more expensive than local public hospitals, but it is worth it.

I have done EHC check up program today. Nurses, doctors and staff are very hospitable and professional. Great service and treatment!

Had a fantastic experience here very recently. Love how spacious the hospital is. Didn’t have to wait so long to register since it’s my first time here. Then with help of the staff I quickly got to meet the doctor. Highly recommended

Nurses and doctors here are really nice and helpful. Moreover, the hospital is equipped with the most up to date medical technology I can rely on. I had a great experience consulting with an Orthopedic doctor here and it’s really amazing.

Excellent services from best doctors, with High quality of facilities like: coffee shops, currency exchange, shops, bakery and supermarket. Also you can get your arabic translator during your visit.
