Sunken Garden, Mandi

This lush green garden is carpeted with green pasture and dotted with blooming flowers all over. The sunken garden is as old as 500 years. It is believed that the King of Mandi, Raja Sidh Sen killed his son in law, Raja Prithi of Bhangal and buried him here. The park is the center of all the major activities in and around the city. Initially, the place was a lake, but it was later transformed into a garden by Raja Joginder Sen. This garden also has a clock tower.
