A stunning waterfall, Bap Teng Kang is amongst the best places to see near Tawang. Situated in Yumkhang, some 85 kms from Tawang on the route to Zemithang, the waterfall has become quite popular as a picnic spot, where people can enjoy swimming and playing with water. Also known as BTK Falls, it is a 30 m high cascade that is surrounded by lush greenery which adds to its beauty.

One has to take a cab from Tawang towards Zemithang to reach to this beautiful fall.

Enjoying a picnic is probably the best activity to do here. One can also take a short walk in the nearby Yumkhang village.
Best Time to Visit
The seasons of summer and monsoon are ideal to visit here. Here during monsoon reaching Tawang via Assam can be difficult. The months of April till June are ideal to plan a visit here.
