The resort requires a written cancellation application request in case of the cancellation of the booking request due to any reason(s). In this case, you will be liable to pay cancellation charges to the resort which will be applicable from the day we receive your written application. You will get refund after deductions according to the following slab:

07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the hotel booking amount
15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the hotel booking amount
45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the hotel booking amount
