She started her career with topmost reputed institutes like AIIMS and Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, Moolchand Hospital, Maharaja Agarsen Hospital and Fortis Hospital. Her constant drive towards improvement is seen through her active participation in various seminars and workshops. She has presented many paper and shared her experiences with other fellow doctors in the field of infertility, IVF and Gynae endoscopy. Her extended and dedicated approach helped many patients to conceive. 

She is an expert in doing In-Vitro fertilization (IVF)/ ICSI by various protocols and difficult cases like an elderly patient, post-menopausal, poor ovarian responders. She well versed in handling fertility enhancing surgeries by Laparoscopy and Hysteroscopy.

Dr. Richika is an active member of several organizations, such as The Federation of Obstetric and Gynaecological Societies of India (FOGSI), The Association of Obstetricians &Gynaecologists of Delhi (AOGD), Indian Fertility Society (IFS) and Indian Society for Assisted Reproduction (ISAR).
