Not worth half star.they simply charge for unnecessary services... Need to have a some empathy towards the patient financial condition..Am not surprised there isn't any improvement. Also not a judging things ...but this hospital and its PRO and other management who claims to help people are not helpful and adds to problems of poor people.Worst hospital in private category. They just taking money from people in very huge amount without giving invoice or any justification which is illegal. You'll find better service in charity operated hospitals. Just making money & fake medical report create by hospital .I really want health ministry department of India please take action against of this hospital.

Medi-claim department here gives a feel of typical govt. office. The staff at a medi-claim desk counter worth a govt. job just by attitude. I applied for pre-aurhorization on Thursday, 23rd July but amount for which approval was received were too less. Hence, I asked medi-claim dept to raise additional request for which approval was received and it turned out to be quite reasonable. After hospitalisation of patient (who is my father) from Monday, 27th July to Thursday, 30th July there were some tests done based on which Doctor suggested surgery on Friday, 31st July. But when Insurance co. sent a query on one report to justify the estimate shared by Medi-claim dept.I was asked by Medi-claim dept. to collect that document from Medical Coordinator due to urgency in sending reply. I have to visit the Nursing counter in the ward and take an attendant with me to carry that missing report and walk to medi-claim desk. As per the hospital protocol, no staff allows patient's relative (which is me) to carry reports needed for medi-claim at any circumstances. On the day of operation, Friday 31st July, I was asked for security deposit of Rs 2.25 lacs (which was bit difficult to manage on short notice) because the estimated cost sent to Insurance company was Rs 4.4 lacs out of which only Rs. 1.4 lacs were approved. By the way, the medi-claim dept. told me that none of the Insurance company approves 100% of amount, hence they keep sending the bills in the interim so that Insurance co. can increase the ammount of approval based on actuals. After 3 days post surgery, on Monday, 3rd August when I visited medi-claim desk for interim bill, I was informed that same will be generated and sent to insurance company and reply will be shared with me on Tuesday, 4th August. Today is 4th August and when I enquired about it, I come to know surprisingly that medi-claim dept. did not asked for a file or patient from ward yet to prepare Interim bill. Now, if this is a case then how come an insurance payee can rely of medi-claim services rendered by muti-specialities or top hospitals. I hope other big gaint hospitals or speciality centers are way better than Ruby Hall Clinic in terms of medi-claim facility.

Staff (not Doctors) are least bothered about patient relations, they are just doing their duties for the sake of job. Let me share you my latest/current experience. After being admitted for 4 days for all of types of test, on 5th day (today) my father (patient) has been take to OT for major surgery. Despite being OT preparation in place since yesterday (4th day), me and my father have been asked to wait outside and case file has been sent to the surgeons inside OT. While waiting on bench, a staff (may be a non-clinical incharge) asked us to maintain social distance though we are wearing mask and at OT admission door since 15-30 mins. Shockingly, I called the my consulting doctor (operating surgeon there) on cell and requested attention towards this becuase we are not doing any kind of time pass there and how long we should stay here. My concern is without knowing/asking the reason (which is offcourse waiting for surgeon's call to allow entry), how come a staff can start yelling on patient's relative to maintain social distance within such small place. There are many such examples which I want to share but due to shortage of time cannot do it right away, but will keep on posting my experience including hospitality, medi-claim, admin..., etc.

One of the best hospital in a city. It has very big campus where you can get best treatment for all the diseases. Parking is not free , it's pay n park system. Medical shop under Ruby premises opens for 24 hours. Doctors and staffs are humble. One person with patient can accommodate there.
