Very bad hospital and very bad experience... Money comes first, then protocol... at the end you find a little bit humanity with IBS Hospitals. Today, I have represented myself with my father (patient) at the help desk of IBS to do an injection but a managing director has refused to give the injection in the Emergency Room. I asked him why? They told me that I have to admit first the patient to the hospital and then they will give the injection. What it means? It means that I have to pay too much just for an injection. I wasn’t happy with them and they took me to a doctor and the doctor was also saying the same thing. It’s completely unfair and just unimaginable. The staff and doctors concerns should be taking care of the patients rather than looting patients Pockets. It was so upsetting experience and I came to India from far away to witness a good treatment but it was very upsetting. I was very angry and had to leave the hospital without doing the injection. I think doctors and staff concerns should be taking care of needy people than stolen their money. En français, Très mauvais hôpital et très mauvaise expérience ... Aujourd'hui, je me suis présenté avec mon père (patient) au service d'assistance d'IBS pour faire une injection, mais un directeur général a refusé de l'injecter aux urgences. Je lui ai demandé pourquoi? Ils m'ont dit que je devais d'abord admettre le patient à l'hôpital, puis ils lui feraient l'injection. Ce que cela veut dire? Cela signifie que je dois payer trop cher juste pour une injection. Je n’étais pas contente d’eux et ils m’ont emmené chez un médecin, qui disait aussi la même chose. C’est complètement injuste et inimaginable. Les préoccupations du personnel et des médecins devraient être de prendre soin des patients plutôt que de les piller. C'était une expérience tellement bouleversante et je suis venue en Inde de loin pour assister à un bon traitement, mais c'était très bouleversant. J'étais très en colère et j'ai dû quitter l'hôpital sans faire l'injection. Je pense que les médecins et le personnel devraient s’occuper des personnes dans le besoin plutôt que de leur avoir volé leur argent.
