There is no proper system to Fix an appointment with the doctors Overall good experience. Only issue is it would be great if the doctors stick on to their appointment’s. Even though you have a appointment you’re wait time is somewhere near to more than hour

Expired Feeding tube and Cotton were used on my Dad, when i raised a complaint they made me speak to few lead doctors... after 5 days i received a call saying lets have a meeting with Director regarding this... but when i went their i did not see any Director its again the same person.... and they were convincing me Even though its expired it would not harm... hope in that 5 days they should have cleaned the whole place and removed all the Expired medical supplies... They are very casual about their mistakes... they told me they use only expired cotton to wipe the Jell and Spray that are applied on patients

One of the worst hospitals. They charge heavily and don't provide proper services. Rooms are not maintained properly and there is no ventilation. 1)Its an old building and AC is not working properly. In the room that was given to us water was dripping from the ceiling. 2)The floor is wet all time and does not dry. 3)MRI is charged more than actual fee. They have partnership with Medal Diagnostics. At hospital, they asked 25000 for MRI spine scan. When asked at the diagnostic center they said they charge 15000 for the same. After talking to the management, they reduced the price of MRI since they realized we got to know actual price. They are money launderers. And they have just put up the name of Fortis without any proper facilities which Fortis Hospitals in Bangalore actually give.
