Yesterday my mother and I visited Apollo Spectra in Tardeo to consult Dr Ajay Rathod, who rocked up 1 hour and 20 minutes after the scheduled meeting. When my mother booked the appointment she was not informed that attendants would be required to stand outside in the pouring rain. How dare they treat people like that at a hospital? Because of the rain I had to stand under some small shelter with mosquitoes and earthworms in the filth. What kind of hospital is one where there is junk left behind to promote the breeding of mosquitoes and other creatures? So many hospital staff without masks as well. Two stars since Sister Shivani was the one saving grace.

Nice hospital and staff is co-operative, all major surgery and day care facilities available. Also there's cafe and pharmacy. Even accept payments by card. They have recently launched the Family Card also.

Worst management. They charged without operation 2 lacs for 4 days.. for just lying patient on bed. Also staff is wild.. Never recommended.. Apllo is brand but this is worst kind of staff. Food served was not fresh and not good and they charged huge.. awkward

Building is Not visible from road, the hospital has good amenities and good service . A full body health check-up takes just around 3 hours in morning hours. Good behaviour of nurse keeps things sorted about your tests. The hospital is nearby to Mumbai Central, hardly 800 meter walkable distance. Doctors are very nice and polite. Gives each person importance. The hospital has in build canteen for snacks and drinks. The instruments were in good condition.
