Jawhar in Maharashtra

Jawhar is a city located in the Palghar district of the state of Maharashtra. It is one of the travel places in the state that has a rich cultural heritage, and is also one of the tribal regions. The palace is made of pink stones and has beautiful garden surrounding it. The Bhopatgad Fort is another antique site of the city which was built by Chhatrapati Shivaji.
