Sultan Forest Lodge Corbett National Park

Sultan Forest Guest House falls under Dhikala zone and it is the first out of five forest rest houses here. This zone has some nice accommodation options for wildlife seekers, family holidays, honeymooners and for wildlife tours.. If you enter Dhikala and head forward from Dhangarhi gate you will see Sultan to be the first Forest Rest House. Dotted with picturesque natural vistas all around, this guest house offers visitors a calm place to stay. This zone is named after the seasonal stream running through that area known as Sultan sot. This zone exemplifies the forest area of pure saal that occupies Jim Corbett National Park.

However, you may want to consider few heads-up before heading to this Forest Rest House (FRH). This guest house located in the middle of the Dhikala zone forest has no electricity but it runs on direct connect (DC) generated by solar energy. If possible, do carry an extra power bank. Non-vegetarian food is not allowed here, though eggs are allowed. You will need to wake up early around 5:45 am for morning safari so it is advisable to get a sound sleep. And the safari may take around 2 to 3 hours so better eat well before leaving and enjoy the calmness of the forest.
