Luxury Deluxe Room. All these accommodations are set
strategically to let the guests witness panoramic views of
magnificent forest, undulating meadows, and bubbling Kosi River
meandering through the nearby locality with its serpentine
movement. The building is designed with special architectural
style that goes well with the scenic view of the surrounding.

The rooms in this resort are divided into three main categories
known as superior, luxury and cottage rooms. There are total 28
rooms in this resort among which only one room belongs to Deluxe
category. 8 rooms belong to the Garden View category, 10 belong
to the superior, 4 exotica cottage and 4 rooms belong to the
exotica suite categories.
Hotel Policies
Due to any unavoidable circumstance if one needs to cancel the
booking in advance the following policies will be levied.

No deduction will be charged

booking price
- Within 16 days or less days prior to arrival: No refund

The resort is located in Dhikuli Village of Ramnagar,
Uttarakhand. Nearest railway station is Ramnagar, while
Pantnagar is the nearest airport. Earlier this resort was known
as '3 Palms Wild Exotica'. Now days, it is known as 'Wild
Exotica'.
