Karnataka Tour with Kerala Backwaters

After breakfast in the morning, we will get direct transfer to Delhi airport to catch the flight for Bangalore. On reaching, check in at the already booked hotel and get ready for the local sightseeing tour of the city. Our today's day tour will comprise of a visit to Shivasamudram Falls, ISKCON Sri Radha Krishna-Chandra Temple, Wonderla Amusement Park and St. Mark's Cathedral. After exploring these places we will have lunch and leave to visit the Vidhan Soudha temple and the Nandi Temple.

Bangalore now known as Bengaluru is the capital of Karnataka state of India. It is also known as the center of high-tech industry of India. The city is also acknowledged for its nightlife and green spaces.

Today after in the morning, we will check out from the hotel in Bangalore and leave for Mysore by road. En-route, we will visit Srirangapatnam, which is known for housing some of the stunning monuments. Afterwards, we will continue our drive to Mysore. On arrival, check in at the already booked hotel and get ready to leave for the local sightseeing tour of Mysore. Later in the evening, we will be visiting The Mysore Palace, Brindavan Gardens, Golden Royal Elephant, Mysore Zoo, Chamundeshwari temple and the Durbar hall. Enjoy an overnight stay in the hotel in Mysore.

Mysore is one of the most famous tourist destinations of South India. It is also known as the Palace City of India. The Mysore Palace is one of the major tourist attractions of the city.

In the morning after breakfast, we will check out from the hotel and leave for Coorg by road. On arrival, check in at the pre-booked hotel and rest for some time. Later in the evening go out for a leisurely walk and explore the beautiful surroundings. Take pleasure of delicious dinner followed by an overnight stay in the hotel.

Coorg is regarded as one of most scenic locations of South India. It is home to coffee and spices, and have miles of plantations. The place is known for its peaceful tourist destination that allows visitors to spend quality time right in the lap of the nature.

After breakfast in the morning, we will leave for the local sightseeing tour of Coorg. In our day tour, we will cover the major tourist places of the city and have a great time. We will be visiting places such as Gaddige Raja's Tomb, Madikeri Fort, the Abbey Falls and Nalknad palace. Later in the evening, we will return back to the hotel for dinner and a relaxing overnight stay.

Today after breakfast in the morning, we will leave for Wayanad by road. On arrival, check in at the already booked hotel and relax for some time. Thereafter, leave to visit some of the major attractions of Wayanad such as Banasura Sagar Dam, Edakkal cave, Chembra Peak, Kuruva Dweep and the Meenmutty Fall. After exploring these places, we will return back to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

Wayanad is a beautiful hilly region situated in the north-east of Kerala state and southern region of the Deccan plateau. The place is famous for holding some of the oldest tribes that are still not civilized and many tourist destinations that are worth visiting.

We will drive to Cochin after breakfast in the morning. On reaching, check in at the pre-booked hotel. Rest for some time and afterwards leave for the local sightseeing tour Cochin. In our day tour, we will be covering places like St. Francis Church, Jewish Synagogue and the Dutch Palace. In the evening, we will enjoy boat cruise in the beautiful port city of Cochin. Cochin now named as Kochi is one of the important tourist places of Kerala that has something for everyone. Right from the beaches to the historical places, it holds many attractive places that are worth exploring.

Today we will start our day a bit early in the morning and have early morning breakfast. Thereafter, we will go for a leisurely walk to the Fish and Spice market of Cochin. The rest of the day is free at leisure. Enjoy delicious dinner followed by an overnight stay in the hotel.

We will drive to Kumarakom after breakfast in the morning today. On arrival, check in at the pre-booked houseboat for a lavish overnight cruise to Kerala backwaters. This traditional long boat ride will give you an opportunity to enjoy unique calm view of Kerala village. Take pleasure of an overnight stay at the cruise.

After having breakfast on the cruise, we will complete out boat ride by mid of the day and thereafter be carried from the Alleppey finishing point. Afterwards, we will proceed for a local sightseeing tour of Alleppey where we will be visiting some of the major attractions of the place such as Karumadi, Pandavan Rock, Krishnapuram Palace and the beautiful Alleppey beach. Later in the evening, we will return back to the hotel in Kumarakom for dinner and overnight stay.

Kumarakom is located near the city of Kottayam and is popular for its backwater. Set in the backdrop of the Vembanad Lake, the largest freshwater lake in Kerala, the place is visited by thousands of tourists every year from across the globe.

We will again start our day a bit early in the morning and leave to visit the Kumarakom bird sanctuary, which is a paradise for bird watchers. After exploring the sanctuary quite early in the morning, we will return back to the hotel for breakfast. Thereafter, we will leave to visit the Bay Island Driftwood Museum that displays a great collection of quality driftwood articles holding high artistic values made out of innovative modern art technique. Later in the evening we will be back to the hotel to enjoy dinner and night stay in Kumarakom.

In the morning after breakfast, we will leave for a guided walk tour to the spice villages which are speckled all over Periyar. This tour will help you in getting detailed information about the use of spices for cooking good seafood. After exploring the village and enhancing knowledge about the species we will check in at the hotel in Periyar for a relaxing overnight stay.

After morning breakfast, we will leave to explore the Periyar Wildlife Tiger Reserve and enjoy the morning jeep safari which is best for witnessing wilds in woods. Later in the evening, we will enjoy boat riding at the Periyar Lake. Thereafter, we will be back to our hotel for a comfortable overnight stay.

Periyar Wildlife Tiger Reserve is one of the 27 tiger reserves in India. It is spread across an area of 925 Sq km and counted among the perfect example of nature's gift with eye catching scenic beauty.

Today after finishing our morning breakfast, we will check out from the hotel in Periyar and drive to Munnar. On reaching, check in at the already booked hotel and rest for some time. Afterwards, we will leave to explore the Rajamala Hills. Later in the evening, we will return back to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Munnar is a beautiful hill station nestled in the Idukki district of the southwestern Indian state of Kerala. Located at a height of 1,600 metres above sea level in the Western Ghats range of mountains, the place is blessed with lakes, lush green surroundings, forests and reservoirs.

After breakfast in the morning, we will embark on the day tour for local sightseeing of Munnar. In our day tour, we will be visiting some of the major tourist destinations and cover places like Chithirapuram, Blossom Park, Atukkad Waterfalls and Pothamedu View Point. We will also enjoy a tour to Eravikulam National Park, where one can witness the endangered species of Nilgiri Tahr. Later in the evening be back to the hotel for an overnight stay.

On the last day of our tour, we will drive back to Cochin airport from Munnar after having breakfast in the morning. On reaching Cochin, get direct transfer to the airport to board the flight for Delhi and thereafter for onwards destination.
