The major destinations covered in the tour are Mysore, Bangalore, Ooty, Salem, Tiruvannamalai, Chennai, and Mahabalipuram. The major highlights of the tour are visiting all the prominent tourist attractions of Bangalore, exploring Mysore Palace, Chamundi Hills, Mysore Lake, and Zoo in Mysore, relishing nature's beauty in Ooty, visiting Guindy National Park in Chennai, and paying homage to God in temples of Mahabalipuram. In short, the tour covers both South Indian state in a delightful way.

On arrival at Bangalore airport/railway station, meet our tour representative who will be there for your welcome and smooth transfer to pre-booked hotel in the city. Check in at the hotel and rest for some time. The rest of the day is free at leisure. During your free time, you can either stay back in the hotel and take pleasure of the modern amenities of the hotel or go out to explore the city in your own way. Enjoy an overnight stay in the hotel in Bangalore.

Day 2

Bangalore Sightseeing

In the morning after, we will embark on the sightseeing tour of Bangalore and visit some of its major tourist attractions such as Lal Bagh also known as Lalbagh is a well known botanical garden in southern Bangalore that was initially commissioned by Hyder Ali, the ruler of Mysore, and later finished by his son Tipu Sultan. Afterwards, we will head to Cubbon Park, another interesting park in the city famous abundant flora and fauna plantations. Thereafter, we will head towards Vidhana Soudha, an imposing building constructed in a style sometimes described as Mysore Neo-Dravidian and incorporates elements of Indo-Saracenic and Dravidian styles. Further, we will be visiting Bangalore Palace, a beautiful palace owned by Mysore royal family and Tipu Sultan's Palace, an example of Indo-Islamic architecture and was the summer residence of the Mysorean ruler Tipu Sultan. Lastly, we will be visiting the Bull Temple and St. Patrick's Church before returning back to the hotel for a relaxing overnight stay.

Day 3

Bangalore – Mysore (140 km / 03 hrs)

Today after breakfast in the morning, we will check out from the hotel in Bangalore and head towards Mysore by road, which is about 3 hour drive. On reaching, check in at the already booked hotel and rest for some time. Afterwards, we will leave for a day tour of Mysore wherein we will be covering the famous tourist places of the city. We will start our day tour with a visit to the Brindavan Gardens, a beautiful garden located in the state of Karnataka in India adjoining the Krishnarajasagara dam which is built across the river Kaveri. Thereafter, we will head towards Mysore Palace, an official residence and seat of the Wodeyars — the Maharajas of Mysore. The palace houses two durbar halls and incorporates a mesmerizing and gigantic array of courtyards, buildings and gardens. Afterwards, we will explore the natural beauty of Chamundi Hills and spend some quality time around the Mysore Lake. We will also visit the Zoo and St. Philomena's Church before heading back to the hotel for a comfortable overnight stay.

Day 4

Mysore – Ooty (180 km / 04 hrs)

After breakfast in the morning, we will check out from the hotel in Mysore and drive to Ooty, which will take about 4 hours to reach. On arrival, check in at the already booked hotel and get ready to leave for the local sightseeing tour of Ooty. We will be visiting some of the popular tourist destinations of the city like the Ooty Lake, one of the major attractions of the city. One can enjoy boating in the lake and have a wonderful experience. Afterwards, we will visit the Botanical Garden and Rose garden that are another major tourist spots of Ooty grabbing attention of ample of tourists from around the world. Later, we will return back to the hotel for a comfy overnight stay.

Day 5

Ooty Sightseeing

We will have breakfast in the hotel today and afterwards, leave to pay a visit to the rest left attractions of Ooty and have a lifetime experience. We will start our today's day tour with a visit to the Dodabetta Peak, is the highest mountain in the Nilgiri Hills located at a height of about 2,637 metres. Afterwards, we will head towards Lamb's Rock, a famous spot on the slopes of the Nilgiri Hills offering the stunning views of Coimbatore plains, tea and coffee estates. Further, we will visit the Government Museum of Ooty. It has items of tribal objects, districts ecological details and representative sculptural arts and crafts of Tamil Nadu state of India. Later return back to the hotel for a soothing overnight stay.

Day 6

Ooty – Salem, 240 km / 5 hrs

In the morning after breakfast, we will check out from the hotel in Ooty and drive to Salem, which is about 5 hour journey. On the way, we will stop to pay a visit to the temple of Tharamangalam Kailasanathar Temple Tank. It is a historic temple that features wonderful stone carvings of the Yali (mythological dragon), depicted with an actual stone ball inside its mouth. Afterwards, we will continue our drive to Salem. On reaching, check in at to the already booked hotel and get ready to leave to visit the popular Steel and textiles factory of Salem and witness its industrial development. Afterwards, we will come back to the hotel for a stress free overnight stay.

Day 7

Salem - Tiruvannamalai, 170 km / 5 hrs

After breakfast in the morning, we will check out from the hotel in Salem and drive to Tiruvannamalai. On arrival, check in at the already booked hotel and get freshen up to take Tiruvannamala temple tour. In the evening, return back to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 8

Tiruvannamali – Chennai (200 Km / 05 hrs drive)

After breakfast in the morning, we will check out from the hotel in Tiruvannamala and leave by road for Chennai, which is about 5 hour journey. On reaching, check in at the already booked hotel and rest for some time. Thereafter, freshen up and leave to visit St.George Fort, the first English fortress in India, founded in 1644 at the coastal city of Madras, the modern city of Chennai. Afterwards, we will head towards the Guindy National Park. It is the 8th smallest National Park of India and one of the very few national parks nestled in the city. Later in the evening, we will head to Marina Beach to spend some quality time. Enjoy an overnight stay in the hotel in Chennai.

Day 9

Chennai – Mahabalipuram (70 Km / 02 hrs)

We will have breakfast in the morning today and afterwards go out for shopping in the famous markets of Chennai. In the afternoon, we will leave for Mahabalipuram by road, which is about 2 hrs drive. On reaching, check in at the already booked hotel and get ready to leave for the local sightseeing tour of Mahabalipuram. We will be visiting the major tourist attractions of Mahabalipuram in our half day tour. Some of the places we will be covering today include the Thirukadalmallai also known as Sthalasayana Perumal, is a temple designed in the Dravidian style of architecture and devoted to Vishnu. Thereafter, we will visit Shore Temple. The temple was named so because it overlooks the shore of the Bay of Bengal. Further, we will visit Pancha Pandava Rathas, a monument complex at Mahabalipuram showcasing a perfect example of monolithic Indian rock-cut architecture. The complex is part of the UNESCO World Heritage site. Afterwards, we will head to Arjuna's Penance, a a massive open-air bas-relief monolith that dates back to the 7th century. Lastly, we will visit Krishna's Butterball, is a curious tourist attraction in Mahabalipuram famous for its stone carvings famous for its stone carvings. Later, we will return back to the hotel for a comfy overnight stay.

Day 10

Mahabalipuram

Today after morning breakfast, we will leave for local sightseeing tour around Mamallapuram, the ancient port of Pallavas. The pallavas have created many fabulous monuments with sculptural panels, caves, Monolithic Temples and Rathas. Krishna Mandapam has a big bas relief, notable for its realistic representation. The largest bas relief of the world measuring 27m x 9m, whale back shaped rock contains figures of gods, demi-gods, men beasts, birds and representation of the entire creation. Later, we will head back to the hotel in the evening transfer for an overnight stay.

Day 11

Mahabalipuram – Chennai – Departure

On the last day of the tour, we will drive to Chennai early morning. On arrival, get direct transfer to the Chennai airport to board the flight for onward destination.
