Hotel Policies
In case of booking cancellation, you have to pay the cancellation charges to the resort. The resort requires a written cancellation request in such cases. Cancellation charges will be applicable from the day we receive your cancellation request, and deduction will be made on the basis of the following slab:
- 48 hours prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund
- 07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the hotel booking amount
- 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the hotel booking amount
- 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the hotel booking amount
