Hotel Policies
In case of cancellation of a booking, the resort requires a cancellation request in written form. In such cases, the resort will deduct some amount from your booking amount which will be applicable from the day we receive your written cancellation request. The following slab determines how much amount will be deducted:
- 48 hours prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund
- 07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the hotel booking amount
- 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the hotel booking amount
- 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the hotel booking amount
