Hotel Policies
If you want to cancel your booking due to any reason(s), it should be notified to us in written. You will have to pay cancellation charges in such cases which will be applicable from the day we receive your written cancellation request. Deduction will be made on the basis of the following table:
- 48 hours prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund
- 07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the hotel booking amount
- 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the hotel booking amount
- 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the hotel booking amount
