Hotel Policies
In case of cancellation of hotel booking due to any reason(s), we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive in writing about the cancellation and charges would be applicable as mentioned below:
- 48 hours prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund
- 07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the hotel booking amount
- 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the hotel booking amount
- 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the hotel booking amount
Note: Written cancellation request will be accepted on all working days, except Sunday. Any cancellation sent on a Sunday will be considered on the next working day i.e. Monday.
