Hotel Policies
In case of cancellation of booking, customer is liable to pay the cancellation charges to the resort. The resort will require a written cancellation request from customers in such cases and cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive your written cancellation request. Deductions will be made as per the given slab:
- Within 15 days of Arrival Date/ No Show - No Refund
- 15 Days to 30 Days prior to Arrival - 50% of the total package cost
- 30 Days & More - No Deductions would be levied

Nearest gate of Kaziranga National Park is thirty minutes drive from the resort. Nearest railway station to the park is Furkating which is 80 kms away from the park. If you wish to travel by air, Jorhat town airport is nearest which is around 95 kms from Kaziranga. Guwahati, another major city near Kaziranga National Park is around 215 kms away.
