Hotel Policies
If you want to cancel your booking due to some reason(s), you have to notify us with a written cancellation request. The resort will charge cancellation charges from you which will be applicable from the day we receive your cancellation request. The following slab determines how much amount will be deducted:
- 48 hours prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund
- 07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the hotel booking amount
- 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the hotel booking amount
- 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the hotel booking amount

Guwahati (approx. 220 kms) and Jorhat (approx. 90 kms) are the closest airports to the resort. If one prefers to come by train, Furkating (approx. 75 kms) is the nearest railway station. Kaziranga National Park is also well connected by road from all the major cities of Assam.
