Hotel Policies
In case of booking cancellation, you have to pay cancellation charges to the resort. The resort will ask for a written cancellation request in such cases. Cancellation charges will be applicable from the day we receive your cancellation request. Deductions will be made according to the following slab:
- 48 hours prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund
- 07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the hotel booking amount
- 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the hotel booking amount
- 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the hotel booking amount
