Hotel Policies

If you want to cancel your booking due to any reason(s), it should be notified to us in written. You will have to pay cancellation charges in such a case which will be applicable from the day we receive your written cancellation request. Deduction will be made on the basis of the following table:

• 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the hotel booking cost
• 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the hotel booking cost
• 07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the hotel booking cost
• 48 hours prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund
