Hotel Policies

If you want to cancel your hotel booking due to some reason(s), you have to provide a written cancellation report to us in such case. You are liable to pay appropriate cancellation charges which will be effective from the day we receive your written cancellation request. Deductions will be made on the basis of the following slab:

• 48 hours prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund
• 07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the hotel booking amount
• 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the hotel booking amount
• 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the hotel booking amount
