Hotel Policies
In case of a booking cancellation, you have to notify the resort about the same prior to the check-in date with a written cancellation request. In such case, you have to pay some cancellation amount to the resort which will be applicable from the day we receive your written cancellation request. The cancellation charges will be calculated according to the following slab:
- 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the hotel booking cost
- 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the hotel booking cost
- 07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the hotel booking cost
- 48 hours prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund
