Hotel Policies
In case of a booking cancellation, you have to inform the resort with a written cancellation request prior to check-in date. In such a case, you will have to pay appropriate cancellation charges to the resort which will be applicable from the day we receive your written cancellation request. Cancellation charges will be made on the basis of the following slab:
- 48 hours prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund
- 07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the hotel booking amount
- 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the hotel booking amount
- 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the hotel booking amount

Madurai airport (approx. 140 kms) is a major airport near to the resort. The resort is approx. 4 kms from Kumily bus stand, and is also easily accessible from Kottayam railway station which is about 114 kms from the resort. The resort is also well connected by road with all the major cities of Kerala.
