Hotel Policies
In case of a booking cancellation, you have to notify the resort with a written cancellation request. The resort will deduct appropriate cancellation charges from your booking amount in such cases which will be applicable from the day we receive your written cancellation request. Deductions will be made on the basis of the following slab:
- 48 hours prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund
- 07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the hotel booking amount
- 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the hotel booking amount
- 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the hotel booking amount
