South India Spice & Plantation Tour

Day 01: Arrive Cochin
Upon arrival at Cochin Airport our representative meet and greet you and transfer you to the hotel.
Later half day city tour of Cochin visiting Jewish Synagogue, Dutch Palace, St. Thomas Church, St. Mary's Cathedral, Chinese Fishing Nets and Bolghatty Palace or visit Spice Market (if time permit). Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 02: Cochin - Munnar
After breakfast proceed to Indian Spices Board, later drive to Munnar. On arrival at Munnar check-in at hotel. Munnar formerly known as the High Range of Travancore, Munnar is one of the highest tea growing centered in the world. Key attractions of the places are the Eravikulam National Park - home of the endangered Nilgiri Tahr (Ibex), followed by visit to the Mattupetty Dam, the Indo Swiss Dairy farm, the Kundala Lake and other scenic beauty. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 03: Munnar - Periyar
After breakfast drive to Periyar. On arrival check-in at hotel. Periyar has one of the world's most fascinating Natural wildlife reserved and of the best game sanctuaries in India enjoys boating on the lake Periyar and explores the sanctuary at its best. Later visit the spice plantations like cardamom, cinnamon, pepper, coffee and tea estates. You can shop at the local market. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 04: Periyar
Early morning boat ride for elephant spotting. After breakfast have a massage or stroll in the village. Mid-afternoon, a trip takes us to a working spice farm where we see cardamom, nutmeg, pepper, cloves, vanilla and all spice growing. Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 05: Periyar - Kumarakom
After breakfast drive to Kumarakom. On arrival check-in at hotel. Kumarakom, a cozy little island just 16 kilometer west of Kottayam in India's favorite destination - Kerala, is renowned the world over for its exotic migratory birds, self sustaining eco-system and hospital on arrival check into the hotel after taking brief leisure visit Kumarakom bird sanctuary at evening see the breathtaking view of lake during the sunset leaves a spellbound. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 06: Kumarakom - Alleppey
After breakfast drive to Alleppey. On arrival at Alleppey check-in at houseboat. A Enjoy boat ride at Vembanad Lake is the perfect way to experience the backwater lifestyle of Kerala. The day long journey in the beautiful backwaters of Kerala is the only way to explore what otherwise seems more like a poet's version. The boat will reach in the area which is just breathtaking. It is far beyond imagination that how a whole life is running across both the corners of backwaters. Overnight stay at houseboat.

Day 07: Alleppey - Cochin drop
After breakfast disembark from houseboat and drive back to Cochin. On arrival at Cochin transfer to Airport for your onward destination.
