For cancellation of your hotel booking due to any reason/reasons, you need to update us with a written application and pay some cancellation charges. Find the booking cancellation slab given below.

• If cancelled before 15 days of the date of arrival: No retention charge
• If cancelled within 07 – 14 days of the date of arrival: 50% of the 1st night stay will be charged as retention charge
• If cancelled within 03 – 06 days of the date of arrival: 75% of the 1st night stay will be charged as retention charge
• If cancelled within 24-72 hours of the date of arrival: 100% of the 1st night stay will be charged as retention charge
• If cancelled on the day of arrival / no-show entire amount for stay will be charged as retention charge
• Guest Checks in and immediately checks out prior to his departure date the full amount will be charged as retention charge
