Hotel Policies
If you cancel your booking, you have to provide a written cancellation request to the lodge. You have to pay cancellation charges which will be applicable from the day the lodge receives your written cancellation request. You will get the refund after deductions according to the given slab:
- 48 hours prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund
- 07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the hotel booking amount
- 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the hotel booking amount
- 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the hotel booking amount
