Hotel Policies
In case of the booking cancellation, the resort will charge cancellation charges from you. In this case, you have to provide a written cancellation request to the resort. Cancellation charges will be applicable from the day the resort receives your written application request. Deduction will be made on the basis of the following slab:
- 48 hours prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund
- 07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the hotel booking amount
- 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the hotel booking amount
- 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the hotel booking amount
