The strikingly beautiful french historic building stands tall in the Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Designed by the French architecture the Central Post Office is a major tourist hotspot in Ho Chi Minh and attracts the number of visitors every day. The place is always buzzing with tourists who often come here to mail postcards or just gawk at the edifice. With the design encompasses European flair with Asian Cham motifs and arched roofs the building is nothing less than an architectural jewel and must be included in every tourist’s itinerary. As one enters the grand building they are amazed by a huge sense of space. The arches, pillars, windows, furnishings, and a tiled floor is truly a visual treat.

The post office is still a working entity and a tourist destination and apart from taking some really cool Instagram worthy pictures here’s everything a tourist can do at Central Post Office: Make international calls from the phone booths, buy a postcard and write a letter to your loved ones from Vietnam, ship home all that excess baggage and souvenirs you’ve been buying at reasonable prices, shop from souvenir shop and take home the beautiful memories, exchange the foreign currencies and so much more. The beautiful building surely deserves the attention of every tourist and must top the list of things to do in Vietnam.
