Detail Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival-Negombo

Settled around 8 km away from the Bandaranaike International Airport is your first travel destination, Negombo. On your arrival, you will be escorted to the hotel to be at leisure. Later you can hit the beach to enjoy the soothing weather and the shimmering sand. Head back to your hotel for dinner and night stay.

Day 2: Pinnawala-Anuradhapura

New day, new adventures, finish your breakfast and start your journey to Pinnawala. This destination which is located some 77 km away from Negombo is popularly known for its Elephant Orphanage which started in the year 1975. Make friends here with the loving creatures and then head to Anuradhapura. Upon arrival, you can check in at the hotel and fill your stomachs with dinner as you will be spending the night here.

Day 3: Sigiriya

On this particular day, you will be exploring the touristy areas that are nestled in Sri Lanka after your breakfast. The first tourist attraction for the day will be Sigiriya Rock Fortress, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Spend some time here by the pool or stroll around to get a better knowledge of the village life of Sri Lanka. Later you can pay a visit to an elephant watch hut followed by fun-filled bullock cart and catamaran rides. Post all the enjoyment, head to Kandy for dinner and night stay.

Day 4: Spiritual tour in Kandy

Rise and shine as its time to start your sightseeing tour to Kandy where you will also be going to take blessings from the Almighty at the Temple of the Tooth Relic. A flavoursome dinner is prepared for you to spend the night at the hotel in Kandy.

Day 5: Aromatic experience in Nuwara Eliya

Nuwara Eliya is the next destination you have to head after a wholesome breakfast in Kandy. Both the destinations are around 77 km away from each other which you will be covering via train taking in the beauty on the way. Upon your arrival and check-in, you can get ready for a tour whiffing the aromatic tea plantation/factory. Dinner and night stay as planned at your hotel.

Day 6: Nuwara Eliya

Horton Plains National Park is the destination for day 6, so get ready with your trekking gear as it’s going to be adventurous. On your trekking tour, you have the opportunity of visiting major attractions Baker’s Falls and World’s End. Ease off yourself by going back to your hotel and enjoy the night stay with some delicious dinner.

Day 7: Ella-Yala Safari

Post breakfast, we’ll take you on a walking tour which includes a visit to Ravana Ella Falls and Cave followed by morning and evening games and drives at Yala National Park. At Yala, you have the opportunity to catch a sight of innumerable wildlife creatures. Overnight stay and dinner will be provided at your hotel in Yala.

Day 8: Yala-Mirissa

Once again, we will take you for the morning drive at Yala after which you will bid goodbye to this place and kick off to Mirisa. Take some rest at your hotel upon arrival and just enjoy the day at the beach. Relish dinner and stay at Mirissa.

Day 9: Galle-Colombo-Shopping

Day 9 starts with a short heritage tour to the UNESCO World Heritage Site, Galle Fort. This fort gives the architecture buff in you the right blend of British, Dutch and Portuguese history. And the journey is not yet over as there is Colombo left to explore. A Colombo city tour along with some shopping is the perfect way to end the day before going to the hotel in Colombo for stay and dinner.

Day 10: Departure from Sri Lanka

The last day has come where you will be heading back to home from Bandaranaike International Airport with a lot of memories made during this trip.
