Detail Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival at Bandaranaike International Airport

Upon arrival at the Bandaranaike Airport, you’ll be welcomed by our representative who’ll escort you to Kandy where you’ll check-in to your hotel. Rest of the day will be free for leisure.

Day 2: Kandy Sightseeing

In the morning, after having breakfast, we’ll take you on a city tour where you’ll explore many attractions along with the Temple of Tooth – a golden-roofed Buddhist shrine where a larger chunk of devotees can be seen offering their prayers. In the evening, we’ll head back to our hotel in Kandy for overnight stay.

Day 3: Kandy to Nuwara Eliya (76 km/ 2 Hrs Drive)

On day 3, after a delectable breakfast, we’ll recommence our journey to Nuwara Eliya which is located at a distance of 76 km from Kandy. As you’ll enter Nuwara Eliya, you’ll be taken on a sightseeing tour where tea gardens await to astound you with their beauty. You’ll also visit the tea factory to get the understanding of how a tea is made. For overnight stay, we’ll accommodate you in the hotel.

Day 4: Horton Plains National Park

Post breakfast, we’ll proceed for a trek to Horton Plains National Park. Here you get to savour the view of popular attractions World’s End as well as the Baker Falls. Thereafter, we’ll return to our hotel in Nuwara Eliya where you’ll be free for rest of the day to enjoy it in your own way.

Day 5: Nuwara Eliya to Ella

The morning of day 5 will also start with a scrumptious breakfast followed by a boarding a train to Ella. Upon arrival in the evening, you’ll be taken to Udawalawe National Park for a wildlife safari. Udawalawe National Park is one of the best places to get a glimpse of wild elephants. After the safari, we’ll transfer you back to your hotel in Ella for the overnight stay.

Day 6: Ella to Yala National Park to Mirissa

Today we’ll start our expedition with an early morning breakfast followed by a drive to Yala National Park. Upon arrival, you’ll be taken on a wildlife safari where you’ll get a chance to capture some enthralling wildlife creatures in your camera. Later, in the afternoon, we’ll proceed for Mirissa. As you reach there, we’ll accommodate you in the hotel.

Day 7: Departure

Today, early in the morning we’ll leave for whale excursion as Sri Lanka is one of the best countries for whale and dolphin excursion. After the excursion, you’ll be transferred to Bandaranaike International Airport to board your flight back home.
