Rhinoplasty
Also known as nose plastic surgery or nose job, rhinoplasty is conducted to make your nose look large or to change the angle of the nose, correct bumps or defects and perform indentations. Rhinoplasty surgery is about making incisions to get access to the cartilages and bones located inside the nose. Once the cartilage or bone is reshaped, the tissues and the skin are redraped over the nasal structure.
A nose plastic surgery is performed using local or general anaesthesia. Usually, the surgery is completed as an outpatient procedure, but in many cases the patient needs to stay in the hospital for a night. Post rhinoplasty surgery, cold compresses should be used to reduce swelling or reddening of the area. Keep your head elevated for the first few days post surgery.
The nose job cost varies, depending upon the nature of nose plastic surgery used. Rhinoplasty cost is less in India and Thailand, as compared to the UK and the US.
