CABG is the most common type of Open Heart Surgery performed in the US. A Coronary Artery Bypass Graft clears the artery so that the blood flow can improve to the heart, which prevents the waxy substance from hardening and bursting, and it can also cause angina which can cause the person to experience severe chest.
