He received a Fellowship of Indian Association of Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons (FIAGES) and during this period he published several papers in various acclaimed journals. His strong interest and dedication towards his career encouraged him to attend several conferences and keep abreast with the latest happenings in the field.
