Tourists must take a flight to Paro, Bhutan\u2019s only International Airport which connecting flights to and from the countries including Nepal, Thailand, India, Bangladesh and Singapore. The flight to Bumthang\u2019s Bathpalathang Airport in Jakar is departed from Paro. From Jakar it takes half an hour to reach Bumthang, so tourists can hire a cab for onward journey.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"how-to-reach-detail wow fadeInUp\" style=\"border-bottom: none;\">\n<div class=\"reach-detail-inner\">\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"..\/wp-content\/themes\/tmi-bhutan\/images\/road.png\" alt=\"images\"><\/p>\n<h2>By Road<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<p>There is a bus service that operates between Thimphu and Bumthang. As public transport is very limited to these areas, so there is one bus leaving every morning at 8:00 AM from Thimphu bus stand. For those up for a road trip can hire a cab to reach Bumthang covering 9-10 hours of journey.\u00a0Even though cab is a comfortable option but it can get a bit expensive when travelling from Thimphu to Bhutan.
