Ancient Bom (animist) religious practices are still carried out here, and Bon priests called Bonpo are widely respected. Equally interesting is the culture, a large part of which is folk songs and dances. A number of Buddhist temples like Buli Lhakhang &#038; Tharpa Choeling Lhakhang are popular attractions.
