Three New Cubs Spotted in Bandhavgarh National Park

Tigers Cubs in Bandhavgarh
Wildlife enthusiasts would be glad to know that a tigress has been sighted with three cubs in the Tala Zone of Bandhavgarh National Park. Cubs, which are two to three months old, were most probably born in November. This is the 3rd time this tigress has given birth to cubs. During the first time and second time, the tigress three and four cubs respectively. Though, the cubs born during second time could not survive for long. According to officials, the tigresses hide their cubs for around one month, and it is only after this period the cubs are allowed to come out. Many officials including Deputy Director, Dinesh Chandra Gupta and Sub Deputy Director, Anil Shukla said that they have seen the cubs in the Tala Zone.

The increasing number of tigers in Bandhavgarh has also caught the attention of BBC. It is being said that this reputed organization will soon make a film on the tigers of Bandhavgarh.
