In Madhya Pradesh’s popular national park, Kanha, a tiger named Bheema lost his life after a terrifying confrontation with another tiger, Munna. The two are said to be the popular tigers of the national park and were residing in the enclosure of Mukki Range.
According to the report, the two tigers fought over territory domination, in which Bheema suffered fatal injuries in his leg. As per the experts treating the injured tiger, Bheema was not responding to any of the treatments. It is to be noted that this is the third tiger death in a week in Madhya Pradesh. The state has recorded some 30 tiger deaths in the year 2016.
It is to be noted that Munna is considered as the Legend of Kanha National Park. Aged gracefully, this tiger is now 14 years and is said to have ruled every part of the national park. What makes Munna unique is CAT written on his forehead, which has gained him a lot of popularity amongst wildlife enthusiasts.
