Chatrium Opens First Country Resort in Eastern Thailand
The Bangkok-based hotel company Chatrium Hotels and Residences renamed the existing Soi Dao Highland Golf Resort to Chatrium Golf Resort Soi Dao Chanthaburi and launched as its first country resort in Eastern Thailand. Set amidst a 640 hectares of land in Chanthaburi territory, the resort is Chatrium’s seventh property that overlooks the beautiful Soi Dai Mountain following its present five hotels in Bangkok and one in Yangon.
Chatrium Golf Resort Soi Dao Chanthaburi has 47 rooms, a clubhouse with a restaurant, an outdoor pool and 18-hole golf course designed by renowned Denis Griffiths, recently upgraded by Golf East. This new property of Chatrium Hotels and Residences is distanced about 3.5 hours drive from Suvarnabhumi Airport and around 40 minutes from the Ban Pakard Cambodia border and it is conveniently located 46 kilometres from Chanthaburi town.
